F/S Original Internal H-542-9 Lubrication Order 1944

For Sale: Original International Harvester Models H-542-9 Lubrication Order. Dated 1 April 1944. Not the most perfect condition, but I can't imagine they are that common. On side is fairly nice, the other...eh. I have not cleaned it...may clean up a bit better. $100 with shipping (in the U.S.) and and PayPal fees included. Overseas shipping will be extra. If my asking price is too far off, let me know. Will consider trades for WWII ordnance, crates, ration items etc. I'd like to find this lubrication order a vehicle that is missing it.
