Can anyone help me identify what this goes to? It came in a box of WWII Delco Remy electrical parts.
It is marked Diamond T Part Number BB7993 and Marked as a Starting Motor Switch Kit (Solenoid)
It also has what appears is a Delco Remy Part number on the box - 1901231''
I could not find this in my WWII ORD 14-2 Parts Cross listing, but it is similarly marked to G509 parts I have previously sold.
Curious what vehicle it goes to and which starter it works on.
Thanks for your help.
Jon

G509 Diamond T Starter Part?
I am seeking information on M38A1's configured for MP use from 1953-?.
I am also interested in equipment and uniforms worn and carried by MP's during this timeframe.

It goes in the series parallel switch.

Re: G509 Diamond T Starter Part?
A clarification, I think.
The kit for the series/parrallel switch for the Diamond T 969 is BB7994
The kit for the magnetic solenoid (mounted on the starter motor) is BB7993 and has that Delco Remy part number.
