Low Speed Police Pursuit involving Surplus Military Vehicle

Post by GatorDoc » Thu Sep 11, 2014 4:27 am

Alright guys,
I have now seen it all. Keep this in mind next time you are out cruising in your ex- military vehicle. Especially if it is out of time. You may just end up in a low speed police pursuit.

Cops tend to get a little paranoid at times, it's only an M-211 going from "A to "B". Times are changing, gone are the days of carbureted engines with conventional ignition systems and police old enough to have experienced backfiring from out of tune engines.
Last time my MV got pulled over was when a cop thought it was unusual to see a young blonde driving an Olive Drab M-38A1.
First time one of my MV's was pulled over was to remind me that the RH Tail Light was out, the deputy Sheriff gave me a 24 hour warning notice to have it fixed.

I would say the timing was too far advanced on that ole 302 engine. Nice looking truck!
