Gentlemen,
How does the feed (hot) wire route from the drivelight bucket to the dashboard switch? I know the wire should run into the engine compartment and run along with the front harness to the cab. My question is, where does the wire enter the engine compartment? It seems that the mechanics in the day were given latitude on the installation of these lights, but I am looking for the cleanest and least invasive entry point.
Your advice is needed.
Paul

Run it along the inner fender apron, use a clamp or two.

Understood about running along the inner apron.
How do you route it from outside into the engine compartment?

I did not want to drill a hole thru the front side panel and stick it down the headlight wire hole, t'was tight, but t'went.

Yeah, I don't want to drill any holes either; I will try to stuff the wire through the headlight harness grommets. It will be tight.
