I am looking for an early GMC dash bord to fit on a ACK delivered to french army
Possible that it is in Kilometers
Any info, doc or pictures would help on these vehicle

Alex, can you be a little more specific with the description of the truck, and is it the gauge cluster, or the whole dash? Dave.

It is a 1939 GMC ACK 353 4x4
Which was ordered and partly delivered to french army
The dash bord is cicilian, same as the early CCKW
Here my truck , this model seems quite rare as i know only 2 or 3 left in France
Maybe there are more in UK as the non delivered truck after 1940 were given to the british
If someone has more info , document, pictures of this truck

I have only the manufacturer's plate which is in english
Should it be in French ? the date plate souhld be i guess

Some of the European dealers have the spare parts which came from Norway. Included in those spares were the civilian-style guages for the very early GMC 6 x 6 truck, and they should fit your dash also.
Might be worth asking anyone you know in Norway, or with friends there, as there were probably more original spares left there than you would now find in the US.
