Questions:

Did you remove the pressure plate and check the condition of the flywheel

Did you check the condition of the pressure plate before you reinstalled it, making sure the "fingers" and balls were installed correctly.

Did you check the condition of the throw out bearing

Dod you grease the throw bearing before you reinstalled it.

If all that was done, by adding 1 more shim at each point, you will gain 1/64 of an inch, which will probably fix the adjustment. Call any major clutch rebuilder and they should have shims for a Brown Lipe clutch.

Well started the body work again to start smoothing out the rough edges. I am no body guy but I am trying.

Now for today we got alot done. Work on the front axle today took the hubs off and regreased the bearings along with changing out the brake pistons on both sides. It now has a strong pedal and the brakes work.

Big thumbs up! Always great to get them moving under their own power again, somehow at that point the end of the project comes into sight.

Awesome. We backed the M-20 we are working on out of the shop under it's own power last week. Nothing like it in the world! Keep up the good work, and keep the pictures/video coming!

Well today was great.... We took out the clutch and replaced it with a new one and we now have a great pedal. Also worked on setting the brakes and now she stops. Took her out for a stroll in the orchard to see how she does and went fine, hopefully going to get the cab on June 9-10 that is the plan will have some photos when this happens.

Well
Here is another update. Went out to the barn today and worked on the cab body again. Sprayed it in Etching primer and painted the inside with rust reformer ( I like this stuff) and did some more body work. Will paint it again with filler primer next to smooth it out. Then she goes off to the paint booth to get a nice color of OD on her. Then the body is ready to be joined up again with the frame. Hoping to get it mated June 9-10

Well went out and worked a little on her today.. Got the cab wiring in and started the connections. Went really smooth and looks to be done on Sunday. I hope to have the instruments in it also by then. She is really coming together and its going fast. Also installed a new rubber gasket for the cab air intake. Ran the engine a little bit to see how the gas pedal would work only small problem with it is when flooring the gas she has a little hesitation but then picks it up any ideas guys???
Well here are some of todays photos

All the wiring is original NOS that i have found. We found out the my truck did not come with the driving black out light (big one) but was later added on so we are doing the same thing and running a wire up to the light as a later motor pool upgrade.
