What Ford truck models was used in 1942-1943 as chassis for buses and fire engines in US Army?

Fred Crismon's book "Military Wheeled Vehicles" would be an excellent source.

Hi; I am restoring an 01T military two-wheel drive [1940] , It is 98% civilian 1 1/2 ton chassis with a V8. the '42-45 G8T contract trucks were similar two-wheel drive, but spec'd with 6 cyl engines. There were LOTs of them made and sold surplus later. Newc

In 1942-1943 Ford Motor was built many V8 100 h.p. trucks too.
