Look at the rear cab support springs, they are mounted behind the T case cross member, shouldn't they be sitting on it? It looks like Bubba has payed your truck a visit. Thanks for posting and am looking forward to watching you bring your truck back.

The rear cab mount certainly is altered. The "c-shaped" springs should be mounted in a channel iron over the transfercase cross member. Look at my 1941 YP truck build on page 5, there is a good shot of what I am talking about. There may be other images that can help you sort out past alterations.

Dave's build of his current truck shows some images of what the rear portion of the frame should look like.
Good luck with your build. If restoration is your goal, you are going to have to sort through and rectify several alterations.
