Winch Brake Lining Thickness??

Post by colkking » Sat Feb 24, 2018 3:24 pm

Good evening, folks!
So I am dismantling my winch, and got to the winch brake shoes...well, the linings have decomposed/rotted/disappeared. I can tell that the lining is riveted to the brake shoes, but can anyone tell me how thick the brake lining is supposed to be, please?
We're going to reline the shoes, but need to know how thick the lining should be....

Thanks!
kk

Assume you have a Half Track with a Tulsa Winch. Contact Gary Hebdig, he should be able to sell you the parts.
