Halftrack question

Does anyone know if the inner and outer track drive wheels/hubs are the same on a halftrack? I believe the track idler wheels have a inner and outer. My outer track drive wheel is worn heavily on the passengers side and am planning to replace it along with other items. I have a extra drive sprocket assembly and wondering if I can use the inner or outer drum or just the outer.

So your sprocket has worn teeth? The hubs, sprockets, inner and outer idlers are interchangeable. The spockets have a outside and an inside. The outside are milled out for the lug nuts. The hubs have left and right lugs but otherwise the same.

Actually it's the drive wheels and idler wheels that are worn on the outside. Was wondering if the wheels are the same from inner and outer. Pretty sure the drive wheels are the same but idler wheels may be different. The outer wheel half on my passenger side is worn and would like to use a good extra inner wheel for the outer? Hope this makes sense

The drive sprocket halves are interchangeable as both are flanges and mount on the hub. The rear idler has an outer flange (this always wears) and an idler (which is one piece including the hub) so there are no inner and outer idler flanges.

I do have drive hubs with races already installed for a few dollars more than just the races. Save the time needed to remove and replace races in your old hubs.Comes with new axle studs as well $45.00ea.

Sorry no. I believe Gary H's track guy in EU is having some outers made. I think he may have some already in the states.

Found a good used idler for 20$!! Very little wear on it and original. I bought a new set of tracks and they are 2013 izzy tracks so I shouldn't have to worry about the original wheels working. I figured the Israelies have been making tracks for years and it's probably safe to say they will not have any issues.
