Do 1/2 track boggies? Just curious about how much per boggie?

Canton is a GREAT place, I have no doubt. I would have to pay 6K plus for my 6 tires on my 1918 Standard B and someone told me they went up to $2300 each now (not confirmed) which would place me at $13,800 without shipping for a set of tires.
Urethane costs for 15 Gallons of 80 Shore A is around $1828, with black pigment and a gallon of other mold silicon for me to cast off one of my two original (NOS) 40" x 6"'s from 1921.
So obviously (for me) in my financial state, I cannot afford Canton (as much as I wish I could to be done with them...) and will likely end up casting my own as an adventure.

Now there used to be a machine at "Seaboard Bandag" tire dealer here in Newport News that could cast solid rubber tires, but they sold it off to a company in.... NEW YORK.... So somewhere up there they can still make them. I saw a pair of rubber rims (60+ Inches) on the VMI's 4.6" Cannon they redid, they were plain Jane, without markings but at least now hold the gun up.

A nice small boggie wheel can be poured and low heat cured fairly easily once the mold is established, and is a great opportunity for those that will need them in the future now that a track solution has come into play.
Doing the two 36 x 5's and four 40 x 6's will be really fun, 11 gallons of mix material from my calculations, and any advice is greatly appreciated. From vacuum cabinet construction to de-gas, heater box to cure, mold making, how to pour an enclosed 45" mold, etc.
