Outer wall for the weight boxes (drawings, photos, or dimensions)
Battery Box (drawings, photos, or dimensions)
Sprocket Guards (drawings, photos, or dimensions)
LH Track adjuster parts
RH hydraulic line that goes to the rear
Headlight & bracket
Rear Light
Seat (drawings, photos, or dimensions)
Tool box (drawings, photos, or dimensions)
Winch lever

I have some drawings and many photos, I will need an e-mail address, send it to me in PM.
Took measurements of the seat frame I fabricated for another member here, mailed off a CD with photos and such, never heard more.

Would let you know there are about 20 Clarkair owners out there, several on this board, one even made a great website that looked identical to G503's format, but it's hard to keep a seperate forum up and running, unlike the G merely providing sub forums (which works well IMHO)

Anyway, I don't have parts, but could take some measurements or provide you with what measurements I have taken previously if they are on the Computer for building a CD with info to mail off to you, or perhaps I can merely upload it allto drop box now and send you out a link.

I need good radiator, rear track guards, front track guards, battery tray, battery top lid, battery tie down, some other small stuff I'm sure, and rehab the boxes or cut some new metal.
I swapped in an original type IFC engine I fould on-line that was used to pump water at an old school house for sprinklers up in NY state. Someone had tried to sabotage it by dumping clay cat litter in the oil pan, but it was never run, so I fortunately pulled the pan and found it all clustered under the oil fill spout in a pile. Glad I pulled the pan, no oil pump, splash lube setup. Engine should run, but I haven't tried starting it due to radiator, and workon the Liberty truck.

Thanks for the reply!
I have just started the teardown of my CA1 and am making a list as I go. I joined the CA1 forum, but there is not much activity there.

I picked up a set of repop track guards from the guy on eBay, he has a few sets left to sell. He says he has the pattern to make the sprocket guards, but needs to make 10 for it to be worthwhile, do you know 9 more CA1 owners that might want to go in?

I have the original FC engine, it turns over by hand, but I have not tried to start it.

Sent you a PM, I burned a disc with 670MB of photos and such, but couldn't get web access last night to try for a drop box upload, (Home has satellite) will try to figure that part out, but you need to e-mail me, as your e-mail bounced on your end. Then I can launch some pics of the measurements and seat I built to you.

I'd be interested in some spocket covers. Haven't had much time to work on the Clark. But here are some pictures of a rebuild on one of the ballast boxes.

Not sure of the part number, but I ordered a set of hinge blanks (no holes) off McMasters Carr which were within a fraction of an inch of the originals in dimensions. Might be in some of the paperwork that may be on the disc I mailed out to you. If not, I can get a measurement and look them up on their site again for the numbers.

Alex:
One thing I did read in the manual was that the dozer was set up for 6 volt positive ground according to the wiring diagram. This would mean that if the battery were hooked up as negative ground it would rotate in the wrong direction (82D ABN Museum CLARKAIR had problems with this I think as they tossed in a 12V battery)
Have you sorted that out?
Is yours set up as 6V Positive Ground or 12V negative like other (later) period vehicles.

PS: Excellent thread and photos on your restoration, sorry mine hasn't restarted, it was a difficulty in someone disposing of a radiator that was out for repair thinking I didn't want to do it, and addition of priority for Liberty WWI truck, building shpp, etc. that sidelined mine. WAW

I had a ford pickup 6 volt pos ground I changed it to 12v negative ground the starter worked fine just spun a little faster. The starter really doesn't care.

I found hinges at a local bolt supply house. It was the same size. I'll get some pictures when I get back in town.

Yes, changing the plus or minus, doesn't make any difference in rotational direction, the Bendix would not work anyway, if it turned the other direction.

Mine will be set up as Original, so with a positive ground, I will use a red top Optima battery, and see how that works!

Thanks for the heads up on the Clark site, it is a bit dead there nowadays, will keep posting however.

Some 597MB of photos hosted here till 30 Oct.
Download link
https://we.tl/0RqeX4UJat
Many are /were out there on the web, some are detailed shots of making parts, none are categorized as this server made me strip out the folders they were in.
I can't extend the "host" timelimit, but if you wanted to download them feel free, anyone who's site I obtained photos from, I tried to reference, but the data may have been stripped, I apologize in advance, and I am not being paid for anything, trying to pass knowledge only.
