What oil would be used in the differential/transmission of a high speed tractor?

Hello,
The M3/M3A1 Stuart tank uses 50 wt. oil. Not sure about the HST, but I think they use the same diff.

if it is a M5 HST it uses 30 wt. motor oil, and LOTS of it. The M5 HST differentials/trans/final drive is a lot different that the m3 or M5 series of stuart tanks, nothing interchanges AFAIK.

Thanks guys. I just acquired this thing and the oil is milky(moisture) so I'm going to clean it out and refill. I've used 30 weight in my weasel before but wasn't sure on this one. It looks like it takes 4 pails worth so this is going to be expensive!
