Cushman Model 53 airborne Scooter. The scooter has a model frame number of 32036 detailing that it was made around August 31, 1944. The air cleaner is not period correct but is a 1950s Cushman Eagle Air Cleaner which looks similar to those used on the Model 53. The crankshaft is not the original crankshaft casing meaning that someone replaced the original aluminum crankshaft casing with a steel crankshaft casing. The Scooter has always been maintained by a member of the Cushman Club of America and is in excellent running condition. Included in the sale are two carburetors, the ML3A and an ML3B.
