Installed the muffler, set the timing, tightened everything up and she runs. The muffler was a hassle as the hangars are not original and don't mesh nicely (fix later). Had a small fuel leak at the tank, removed and reinstalled the fuel line and all was well. It took us a while to adjust the timing as my marks from before we disassembled did not seem to work. We started from scratch with the timing mark in center of inspection hole, had to back off one tooth on the distributor shaft and voila. She fired right up.

Did not have time to go through two full heat cycles, I was just happy to get it running. On the next and final visit we will verify everything, run through two heat cycles, tighten everything and bring her home. Here is the link for the engine running. You'll see a bit of smoke from oil burning off the front pipe and I still need to connect one muffler hangar.
