Nice bike Oz, congrats, now for the final few steps: get her roadlegal and have fun with it!
Please don't just "trailer-queen" her!
Thanks...made the change to the video.

It is already road legal. Here in New Mexico, if you have two tires and some sort of engine, you are good to go. My plan is to use it as a frequent rider, every week pr more often. Looking forward to the enjoyment.

Thanks gents. Just a few more smalls to bolt on and it will be ready to ride. It will be nice to run it multiple times in one day without the rough running after hot issues she was having. No more WLA menopause.

My goal is some day to dress up in the wwii battle clothing and gear (I have everything that will fit me) slide the Thompson in the scabbard and load up the saddle bags and ammo box and go for the ride!

This will give me some sort of respective of what the GI's felt riding the green machine I can't experience it if I don't try??

The sound of you bike running Oz gets me in the mood to get it done faster.

I'm always fascinated about sounds as the earliest president of the USA to hear his voice recording was Teddying Roosevelt any president before him we don't know what his voice tone was like?

General Patton's picture of him and voice recording are totally different then what I imagined to be.

Or...although smaller in size...one of the many 'Liberation-memorials' we do with WWII veterans once every 5 yrs.
~150 WWII vehicles, most of them from 'Keep Them Rolling'.

Or..the biggest annual event of 'Keep Them Rolling' in the Netherlands:

There are many WWII military events all over Europe on a regular basis, and many Brits and/ or Canadians are always surprised to witness it's still 'alive' after all these years..

Johan, Lib45,

You just gotta love Google Translate / Babelfish haha.
Message is clear as cristal Oz, you're more than welcome.
And if you won't menage to transport your steed...I've got one her for spare ( can't ride both at the same time right?).
If I were you..I'd put 2019 on my bucketlist for visiting Europe.
That'll be D-Day's 75th...

Thanks indeed and as written above, 2019 is the next big year for MV events in the ETO...

Start making plans.... Back in 2014, a Canadian WLC rider shipped his bike to Italy around April and spent over three months riding from one event to another, visiting all the WW1 and WW2 sites along the way...

Translate helps with my spelling and grammar. Spent 4 years in BE growing up in the late 60s. We lived in Eksel, near Kleine Brogel. I trip in 2019 would be fabulous!!
