Here is one i made a couple weeks back. The smallest plain buckles i could find were these bridle buckles from tandy leather. They are still a bit on the large side but luckily get hidden under the seat. I think those are extremely nice handmade reproductions. Just curious as to where all the hardware was found (buckles, closure snaps, oval inserts for closure snaps,etc.)?

Do you find the bucckle new in the US ? I think that the WWII US Army Overshoes are using the same bucckle,

When you decide to make a small reproduction series you will have some customer !
