I bought my saddlebags from Ziggy's Motorworks www.ziggysmotorworks.com/HOG/HOGMILT.html
They're nice and come with the blackened metal work and no interior pocket.

The saddlebags come in two styles, early ones are internal seams all round and do not have a pocket for the tool roll, these bags were used when the small tool kits were supplied on type I, II, III and IV, the later bags have an external rear seam and a pocket in one of the two bags, these were used on type V, VI, and VII when the large tool roll (HRD-11800-44) was used, these later bags were also supplied on a lot of WLC's.

As YEZ says Ziggy has all of the items you want and I made all of them for Ziggy.
