Just saw a nice GPA on pawn stars, owner wanted 240,000 and Rick offered 180,000.....no deal!

Finally found the episode. Believed it was called "By land or by Seep"
The vehicle was David Welch's GPA and I am glad he got a chance to show it and get it appraised appropriately. I saw it last year and it was a very nice early GPA. As always, those Pawn guys want a deal and never offer what something is truly worth.

Thank you David! I am always trying to find appropriate values for these vehicles but seldom see actual sales as they rarely change hands.

Unfortunately that show is put on and bogus. After seeing the episode with the WW2 scout car that was home built and had a bogus appraisal I have not watched the show since.

Ya, I don't watch it very often but I was channel surfing and saw the program info that said amphibian military jeep so I had to see watch.

The show is entertainment with a bit of general knowledge thrown it. Watch it for what it is and enjoy it or not is my thought.

They seem to prey on the desperate in that programme, i enjoy it, but it always seems to be for the camera. NO, i wouldnt sell them anything.
