This PTO came on my Jeep when I bought it. I removed it today, cleaned it up and re-assembled. I did not replace any parts/bearings/etc except for the bolts holding the housings together. I have kept the original hardware (all hardware needed to install) in case the new owner wants to use the original bolts.
Two housing bolt holes are broken in the interior (where the threads are located). One of the bolts still reaches the threads and tightens securely. The other bolt does not reach the broken threads. All other bolts work as they should. These damaged thread sections can be seen in the attached "interior cleaned" picture.
I have seen fully rebuilt units (near bearings, etc) go for $300 on here. I'm going to ask $150 via paypal & I'll handle shipping in the lower 48. If you live outside of the lower 48 then shipping will be on you. Let me know if you have any Qs or comments.
