Solex carb

Anyone know where to get parts for the Solex carb that fits a cj2a? I am looking for the abutment plate.

I haven't seen any on Ebay for awhile. You might try a "wanted to buy (WTB)" post for a used solex carb for parts or just the plate itself. If any of the military jeep enthusists get a jeep with a solex they usually take it off and replace it with a carter WO, so there are probably some out there in someone's garage in a box. Otherwise I see them at swap meets but obviously that's a summer or fair weather endeavor. Good luck.
