WW2 GPW with CJ3a block benefit?
Hi Everyone I have have just imported a WW2 from Australia, the engine block inside it is a CJ3a with all the Original parts fitted. I've only just got her and I've not tried to run her yet! Everything looks good without any modification changes. Any advice related to this would be helpful. Kind regards Nick (keeping history alive)

You have to do nothing but just drive it like any other Jeep and ignore those that peek under the hood.

Drive it and enjoy it and if you can eventually find a more appropriate block, then put that in and drive it and enjoy it!

Hello Nicholas.
You might have an extra digit in there. Even so, it appears to be a 'late' 3J block. It likely has the hardened valve seats. A nice upgrade on later L-134 blocks.

Great news! Your right, I have read that when stamping was being undertaken. The stamp end marked a line; however could be wrong!
