I've been a frequent lurker here and appreciate all the information I have gleaned.
Many years ago I bought an M416 and stored it in my Dad's barn. A few years ago I got it out here. Plan was to eventually restore it but plans have changed.
Before I do anything with it, I took some pics. It is remarkably straight and complete less the lunette assembly. If anyone wants specific pictures - please let me know.

Wasn't particularly looking to sell but I'd let it go for $1200.

Lawlerclan: I know what you mean. I just completed this restoration and am now trying to sell her. It is also a 1965 M416-B1 but with a lot of modifications on her, I'm afraid. This trailer had gone to one of the fire dept units in Camp Pendleton, CA and they used it as a fire trailer to haul their equipment. So they modify it for their purposes.
