What are you trying to do? A 60 is a nominal holley main jet size so you can go to a holley web site and try and go either direction. A larger # is richer and a smaller # is leaner. At least that is how it was when I was building an old door slammer back in the day!!! If you live in an area that is above 3000 ft you may want to go a size or 2 leaner.
Regards,
Ed
