Re: M151a2 for sale
I feel compelled to say something since I am the latest owner of one of the two offered for sale, in this case a ‘77 A2. It was not ‘restored’, nor was it uncut as the seller had verbally stated. I’m not going to bash the seller since I’m partially to blame through not doing enough due diligence prior committing to the purchase. Merely reiterating ‘buyer beware’.

Re: M151a2 for sale
Unfortunately this is something we hear a lot so you are not alone is this regard. There are a LOT of unscrupulous sellers out there. There are also a lot of honest people that are trying to sell one that they bought and they honestly do not know what they have. The biggest thing to watch for is the aftermarket bodies like Encore, Titan, Etc. Encore is very close to looking like a real 151 but the differences are substantial. These are sold all the time as real 151's and unsuspecting people buy them as such. Then they get on one of the forums and find out what they have is not a real one and they are NOT happy!.
