NOS and take-Off Parts

Post by Star Electric Ordnance » Wed Oct 28, 2015 7:12 pm

While displaying my M-543A2 wrecker at a Boy Scout Jamboree, I had a conversation with a guy concerning M-151 parts. His dad had two M-151A1's that he sold after his Dad passed away, but retained the "Barn" full of parts. I arranged to look at the stuff and did find a country barn with lofts and plenty of new and take-off parts from light to heavy. I bought it all. I will post new items as I look through the stuff in bins and boxes as well as large parts stacked on my 16' trailer and 8' pickup truck bed. When it stops raining I will take pictures of the hardtop in nice shape. Takeoff stuff will include gas tanks, differentials, transmissions, A-arms, springs, headlights, distributors, two power packs, one engine and one block.

1. NOS 24 volt coil kit with instructions and packing list: coil, clamp, screws, wire from coil to points and capacitor input filter. $115.00

2. NOS Spark plug cable set. five available. $75.00 each.

3. NOS Master Cylinders, four available. $75.00 each.

4. NOS brake shoes: eight pairs (two shoes per pair) available with return springs: $17.50 per pair.

Thank you. Thank you very much! I believe if you check prices of established dealers I beat them all for NOS parts. Can't compete with after market. I will beat any established dealers price on any of the parts that I posted or will post. until I sell out. Also the coil kit has been sold. If anybody needs take out differentials, I have them at $50.00 each. They appear tight when turned and there are no oil stains from any of the seals. Keep the comments coming! Kevin.

I found one more M-151A2 fuel pump, $65.00. Still have 4 master cylinders at $75.00 each and two rear M-151A2 wiring harnesses at $45.00 each. I sorted through the exhaust pieces and came up with 4 complete NOS exhaust systems for the M-151/A1. All pipes have some surface rust from all being in a wooden box together where they rubbed each other. I matched them all to my M-151 exhaust system. $100.00 a set. I have two of the M-151A2 pipes that attach to the rear of the muffler that can be substituted to make a complete system. I then have leftover 4 more mufflers with the welded exhaust pipe on them at $40.00 each. Also have some other exhaust pipes that are longer than the M-151/A1 rear pipes and tail pipe. Could they be for the M-718? No numbers stamped on them. Also one new front propeller shaft with u-joints, $60.00. One new rear propeller shaft with u-joints $75.00. Five take-off front shafts $40.00 each (will include two new u-joints) and two take-off rear propeller shafts $55.00 each (will include two new u-joints). Three NOS drive yokes with the splined end, $35.00 each. Four take-off clutch and brake pedal assemblies $50.00 each. (two still have the master cylinder attached).
