Re: M151 take out gas tanks
There is an interest but price depends in which tanks you have. Straight 151 and A1 use an in tank electric pump and a large cover plate, Early A2 non-emissions uses the same as the A1 without the electric pump and late A2 uses an emissions tank with several vapor lines.

Jon,
this is the difference between the two types of tank as described by Rick................................
First one....this is the tank fitted to M151A2 vehicles which have the emission controls:-
The second tank fits the M151, the M151A1 and the pre-emission version of the M151A2.
Let us know which type is available...................

And also if it is the early style if it has the filler plate for the electric pump or just the pick up tube.

Re: M151 take out gas tanks
Guys - I will he buying a bunch of these early 151 and A1 and later emmission control A2 tanks this week.
All are solid take outs. Some may have pick up tubes, senders, and pumps.
I will know more on Thursday and Iam not sure about price yet.
Who is interested?

Re: M151 take out gas tanks
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you all.
My deal on these tanks has stalemated. The price I offered wasnt accepted.
If a good solid take out gas tank at $200 plus shipping is within your budget let me know, I was hoping to offer these for much less but my upfront investment is higher than expected.

Re: M151 take out gas tanks
I am assuming that is a bare tank, no pump, sender, nothing else? That is kind of steep. You are talking probably close to three bills for most shipped.
