I have the following for sale.... exactly what you see in the photo except I have no rubber bushings.

Terminal 60 Total (these are new old stock and are still in the package)
P/N MS27148-3 (572931)

Shell, Male Connector 132 Total
P/N 7762623 (573010)

Bushing, Terminal metal 300 total
P/N 7765237 (572999)

If you are rebuilding your own wiring harness or just need parts this is the way to get a good start. The rubber bushings and female connectors are out there from the parts suppliers we all love to order from. $120 gets it shipped here in conus. If you need a crimping tool for the terminals I have one, that will be an extra $120 for a total of $240. Overseas buyer must pay for shipping to his or her country.

Just so you know, M-151's use Packard connectors and not Douglas connectors. They stopped with the M38A1.

Interesting enough, a friends M151 is all douglas metal. It is an early M151 (not an A1 but an early M151). That is why I listed it in the M151 section.

The changeover to Packard connectors was more or less a 1955 era thing with the M-Series vehicles.

Well Ben knows his stuff. I wonder then why his M151 is all metal connectors then.

Is the band with the ORD Number on it? Only the guy who installed it knows. It should have been Packard. Maybe the installer was short on connectors and substituted the Douglas. Packards started showing on late 55 M-38A1 and the M-35 2 1/2-M-54 5 ton trucks in 55. M-37 was an exception.
