Parting out 67 A-1 (Updated Photos)

Well I decided that the 67 is too far gone to bring back from the grave so I'm going to carve it up like a Thanksgiving turkey and sell off the parts. If anyone is interested in anything drop me an e-mail at malachinski6@gmail.com. It looks better in this photo than in person. This is a reweld and the subframe is shot along with most of the sheetmetal.

my 151 has the front fender halves of a 151a2, I don't know if it would be feasible to make it right, but how much for the front fenders?

To make it political correct would be feasible even when using correct donor parts and is welded up correctly. It was done while in service so why not in private hands.

But over all I think it can be brought back from the grave. All he needs is my rotisorey but again its a reweld and thats what I would do is use it for donor parts. And keep a parts Cache fo my other runners.

Yep, anything mechanical can be brought back from the grave if you want to pour money into it.

Hopefully I have answered everyones emails and PM's. Here's what the jeep looks like now. When we pulled of the pieces off the firewall on this one it was packed full of dirt and debris. You can see all the corrosion that was underneath those panels. We tried to save the driverside panel but it was too far gone and decided it wasn't worth the effort.

Okay well heres whats left of the jeep. I know the rear suspension cross brace isn't something that is manufactured and all though this one is shot it would probably make a good pattern but I don't know if there would be enough of a demand for CMD to consider it. Well if I don't here requests for anything else from the carcass its going to the scrapper. I went through a lot of spot weld cutters taking this thing apart and a few cutting wheels. The last few photos below show a portion of the sheetmetal that is left from the dismantling. If there is not interest by the end of next week it will head to the scrapper with the carcass.

THAT is a very dedicated disassembly! Good job and nice layout. Guy, You might want to take note of some of these pieces. Specifically the front inner fender panels. I have seen a lot of those rusted along the frame rail. (including mine)
