SOLD A2 for sale, Near Chicago, $800obo SOLD

Post by ccdoran » Mon Oct 10, 2016 12:36 pm

Hi Guys,

I have decided to sell my A2. I purchased this bc I have always liked the Mule and I've wanted to get into one for some time. Long story short I need to stay focused on my Slat restoration as well as my GPW. So it's now up for sale. As you can see from the pics it is without a motor, and some other noticeable parts. The mule doesn't roll, i think either the transmission is between gear or the e brake is stuck. I don't know much about these, so please, understand if I cannot answer your questions. I paid $800 for this and had to pick it up, so I'd really like to break even, but I am open to offers. Its DOD is 6/64, the registration number is 2E8140, and its serial number is 13666.

Looks more like an A4 to me. Kaiser did the M274a1-to-M274A4 conversions. Has 4-cylinder bell housing and angle starter pulley, plus right side muffler mount holes.

Probably a A4 data plate, (has A1 registration number) but looks like a straight M274 to me. Small brake drum, no holes in deck for upper foot basket bolt, no spacer plates for A3, A4 conversion, early steering column, etc..Does appear to have A1 air cleaner, which for me has been a elusive part. Lots of good parts for restoring a early mule. Lance Miller. http://www.lancemillermv.com
