Keep it looking good.
You have got your jeep looking pristine, so how do you keep the olive drab looking good ? I know they can fade in sunlight, and we cant polish them, so how do you keep yours being a head turner ?

Best protection is to park indoors. Back in the 50's-70's 24087 era when the Army painted their trucks and tanks with rust inhibiting 24087 SG OD the finish was due for repaint on vehicles left outside after 5-7 years, same went for the M-38/M-38A1 in the 2430 OD factory finish.
There are some good paints available thru the dealers, but keeping the Jeeps inside is best. I average 15+ years with GI 24087, and longer with an aftermarket which has been on my MB and CCKW 25+ years.

The elements are the number one killer of restorations and paint jobs.

Don't wash it. Don't clean it. Drive it. Lean on it. Rub it. It builds patina, and patina is beautiful.
From my experience with car shows, the unrestored are the head turners.

Some interesting points guys, and i ALWAYS keep mine garaged. A freind of mine insists on spraying his with a fine oil spray, he says it protects his jeep and this was what the military did. Never heard of this before. I sometimes wipe mine over with a damp cloth when its dusty but thats about it.

I store mine indoors, and every once in a while wash it with a good auto wash, not dish soap and not one of the auto wash products with any kind of wax or brightener in it. What's happened after several years of this is the roughness in the paint has smoothed out as have the masking ridges around the stars and codes. I really like the look.
