I purchased an A2 fuel pump from AJP, and it does not seem to fit, the arm hits the cam and will not go in any farther.
Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

Did you turn the engine over to get the low side of the cam facing the pump? There will always be some resistance but you need to get the cam on the low side to get the bolts started. Once the bolts are in about halfway then you can push down on the pump to level it out while running the bolts in evenly side to side.
