M151 Differential type

Post by SinDiesel » Sat Jan 28, 2017 8:15 pm

I'm trying to ramp up my knowledge on M151 series vehicles and would like to ask a few questions regarding the differentials found in the M151 series.

1) do the standard diffs come with limited slip, lockers, or are they just open type?

2) Are the ring and pinion of a standard type like Dana 27, Dana 30, or ford style since ford was the original designer of the M151's. Are other differential ratios available and if so which ratios?

Thanks
