Re: CMD Body Panels for M 151
Tool Box dividers are now on order in the shop. Making 20 pcs, should be available for the Sussex show. $50 each, includes the (2) brackets where it mounts to the side panel.

Re: CMD Body Panels for M 151
Some progress made on the A2 rear panel. I have the lower profile drawn (is different then the 151 / A1) so it's close to running a sample. Also made a test piece for the side panel that is behind the rear wheels of the 151 / A1.

Re: CMD Body Panels for M 151
Verified the rear side panel for the A1 by doing a mock fit up with the rear fender top and rear panel. Looks good to me. There will be a small extension welded and blended where the panel extends under the footman loop on the rear fender top. We will also spot weld the footman loop to the side panel.
Side panel has the offset bend (like the original) so the edge of the rear fender top and surface of the side panel is flush.
Also took some time and confirmed that the A2 rear panel corner pieces are good. I have to slit the area on the side for the offset on the A2 rear side panel but that is a cake job. The cut out for around the tail light was done with our scanner so it is exact to what i copied. I'm now going to work on the drawing for the complete A2 rear panel as I think I have all the information that I need.

Ok, here it is. Notches on the bottom edge will have filler pieces welded in that are rolled to the correct radius to match the original. Next stop is programming.

Another part off the list. Rear side panel for A1. I'm guessing this is the same as the straight 151? Part has the offset bend where it tucks behind the fender top and footman loop is included. Panels are $65 Each.

Re: CMD Body Panels for M 151
Part update: We have an order of the 151 / A1 rear side panels on the shop floor. Parts were cut on the laser today and now at the press brake. I just sent the AutoCAD drawing for the A2 rear side panel to programming. Going to run some test pieces first. I'll post pictures later. Nest is the under body kit as I have a request for the front three pieces. Items 4, 5 and 7 for those using the under body corrosion repair kit drawing.

Here are some pictures of the A1 and A2 rear side panels and the A2 donor part that I copied. The A1's are in production quantites and the A2's are test pieces. I might change the way we fabricate the radius piece on the A2. The two 3/16" dia holes on both parts are for plug welding the footman loop on. This will be done with a TIG welder.
