This is what we came up with for the rear fender support ribs. This was a major PIA but here it is. I'll now go through and update the other versions with this change. The rib basically splits the difference between the 3 models. This took way longer than expected but I'm happy with the outcome as it's a good part for what it is. This also makes for a very stiff part for what the original design is.

That right there is a MUTT porn teaser! Man I cannot wait to get to work on mine so I can spend money with you. Was going to today. But 2 inches of rain yesterday soaked us inside and out and today it's 40 degrees with 20 mph winds. Too cold to work on the old girl out in my driveway.

What angle is that front bracket? I wondered about that when I installed mine I may need to redo.

Are you asking about the rear axe handle bracket?

I'll have to check the one on my A2 as that's what I copied. The panels we made have shipped already.

I think he's talking about the bracket in front of the axe head. It's mounted on an angle. At least it is on my A1, A2 and Buddy's A1.

Guy,
That is correct, I mounted mine level but I seen your sample mounted at an angle. I never realized the angle what is the angle?

The bracket is tilted at a slight angle so that the axe handle lays flat in it. The fattest part of the axe handle is at the point where it slides through the axe head. From the bottom of the axe head the wood is tapered until it forms the rest of the handle which has a uniform diameter to it until the slight curve at the end to keep your hand from sliding off it.
