Thanks George and everyone ... Just a question came into my mind ... In case I decided to completely replace the alternator is there any equivelant 24V 60 amp after market alternator that I can use in my car rather than using the M151 specific alternator? Thanks

hello

if you get a alternator of a truck 24 volt with internal regulator it is no problem
only you must set the pulley over and make a new bracket so the belts are in line
take first the pulley from your alternator so you know the diameter of the shaft
if you have a 35 till 50 amps it will work fine
the most alternators have a control light ( one side at contact the other to d+ or 61 )

if you have one and do not know the wiring set a picture of it in the forum and i will look it over for you

Alternator photos 2/2 ... The only number I could find is the one on the regulator as I think and is: 75780 ... I think the regulator is bad as you can see ... The electrician checked the other parts of the alternator and he claims it is fine and I may only need to replace the regulator ... So, guys any help here? Thank you.

Thanks George .. The regulator from TNJ will fit only 3002-AE alternators as per them. The manual says that the alternator similar to mine is 3002-AE and 3002-AD; so how would I determine if mine is either 3002-AE or 3002-AD? Thanks
