Last weekend a Berkel River crossing in Eastern Holland was organized to Commemorate the advance of Canadian, British and Polish Divisions up North.
A privately owned complete and original US Army Corps of Engineers WW2 M2 Stormboat Bridge was used to cross the River Berkel by some 260 WW2 trucks and trailers.
Dutch liberated girls are waving and cheering (and kissing, without photo-prove) to their Allied Friends.

Hope you like these,

Hey I just came across this Bridge display and I have to say, you guys did a great job in installing and playing with that cool piece of history. The re-enactment looked pretty real. Thanks
