TM 10-460 Driver's Manual 6 MAY 1942

Post by cannonfire123 » Tue Nov 19, 2013 11:21 am

US Army Driver's Manual dated 6 May 1942 just one day after the DOD on my G506 data plate! Early Art Deco printing on the cover to go along with the side panels on the early G506s. The G506 was used to illustrate some driving techniques. Its a CCKW on the cover. As the war progressed TMs lost their cover character and turned into generic tools of war. Too bad.

The G-506 that Rick now owns has the passenger door and glove box locks both keyed alike, and are operated with the use of those H700 keys made by Briggs and Stratton.
