NEW Lock Washer A16408 available

Post by Tom Campbell » Thu May 19, 2016 5:33 am

I have made up a small batch of NEW Lock Washer A16408. They are $5.00 each with free shipping to the lower 48. These are laser cut, accurate to 0.001” and are exactly like the original loaned to me by G-503 member Warren Duchesne (Thanks Warren). They are 100% accurate copies, and come with a 100% money back guarantee. If you don’t like it, (for any reason), return it for a full refund. I accept Paypal under my email address of Industele@aol.com . If you have any question, please send to this email address rather than tying up the board’s band width. Thanks, Tom Campbell

These are great , I have used a couple, perfect in every way . If you own or ever plan to do a handcart restoration get a pair or two of these , the tab on the ID is usually broke off on most originals . Warren Duchesne

A lot of the tabs are broken off, because the spider gear doesn't line up with the axle pin, so they cut off the tab - making it usesless. I noiiced that the slot was cut in such a manner that you could flip the washer over and gain or loose (depending on which way you flipped the washer) 15 degrees. The slots are cut at 30 degree angles, but the tab will hold all the taps in that one place. if your's is sstill out of line, flip the washer over so it uses the teeth in another direction - which makes a 15 degree change. NO NEED to cut off the tab. Tom Campbell

Johan, the US Post Office want $13.90 US to ship a 2 ounce "package" to Belgium. They consider an envelope with hard items as a package. Contact me directly at Industele@aol.com and let's see if we can't work out some alternate means. Tom Campbell

Tom,

Do you still have lock washers available? Don't have my cart yet, just checking at this point.

Thanks!
