Who Manufactured the USMC Cart?

Found a USMC Hand Cart and was wondering who made it? How long it was manufactured and how many were produced?

Arthur Rehberger and sons made them.
They had 4 contracts for the M1942 cart. Nom 35077, 38207, 38956 and 46539 for a total of approximately 5000 carts total.
