Are you considering doing a rebuild of this carb? None of what you are asking for appears relevant to your intent. Do you need help finding a kit? Instructions?

what jet (number) Individual jets are hard to come by. Do you intend to purchase a rebuild kit?
surface of benzine (in mm) Approximately 38mm. But. this level is entirely dependent on the float setting. The float setting depends on the type of needle and seat installed. A solid metal needle = float setting of 5/16” (7.9375mm). A needle with a black rubber (Viton) tip = 9/32” (7.14375mm)
acceleration pump - how many squirt One good squirt for every throttle pull. Be aware that in the bowl casting, next to the carburetor throat is a check ball and weight which should be secured with a small round spring clip.

That's about 16.125 miles/gallon, if my conversion factors are correct. I get about 15 mpg.
Is it true real Jeeps have flat fenders?
Alone cannot you it resist!
