Willys engine SOLD !!! casting #641087

Post by gpwmke » Thu Jun 09, 2016 5:52 pm

Willys engine (first use was in an Allstate auto) for sale. Someone put this engine in a welder where I found it. Engine ran nice but smokes, will need rebuild probably. Has a CJ 2 head I believe and the oil pan has the skid plate on it. Correct motor mount for a ww2 or CJ jeep, maybe for wlder/generator too. Has Allstate serial number tag on it. #2181. I pulled the head and see the pistons are marked .040" and there is no ridge at top of cylinder bore . Can probably just hone it and put new rings in. Whoever freshened the pistons last, maybe ignored the valve guides thus the smoking when run. Casting number is 641087. Asking $400.00 for complete block with skid plate, jeep front motor mount plate and head. No manifold or flywheel, starter or generator. Do have the welder flywheel if u want it. Can ship via Fastenal at your expense. I can text a pic to you. Best wishes; Leo NOW $300.00 plus shipping. Delivery ???
