Hi All,
Was wondering if I could get some guidance on a replacement fuel tank.
Anyone have experience with a good fuel tank that is well made, looks original, and fits right?
Any manufacturers to stay away from?
Thanks,
Dave

I like a original tank that has been sent to Gas Tank Renu . It's expensive but they give a lifetime warranty . Warren Duchesne

That was my initial plan.
I sent my original to a place in western PA to get redone asking them to only coat the inside. They really messed it up coating everything. Looks terrible.
Could try to sand it down, but it will never clear up right. Figured I would see if there are well made replacements that would be more suitable.
Anyone have a spare original around in good shape?
