They are hard to find, but the Dana 44 limited slip is easier to find than the Dana 25 one. The Dana 44 is 19 spline in factory application, Herm the Overdrive Guy sells full float conversions with 19 or the stronger later model 30 spline axles. Converting to 30 spline axles makes the rear limited slip or locker diff easy to find, they are still in production. AFAIK the only military application of the front and rear Power Lock limited slips was the later '60s production USMC contract M38A1.

Herms' Full Floater kit page:
http://hermtheoverdriveguy.com/?page_id=1607

He also shows a listing for used PowerLock diffs:
44: http://hermtheoverdriveguy.com/?page_id=2230
25: (Converted Dana 27 diff needs adapter bearings and a spacer to use it in the Dana 25) http://hermtheoverdriveguy.com/?page_id=1626

Give him a call to see if he has any inventory on them.

I found a set, but what is a good price to get them for?

I'd say that the prices listed by Herm are top dollar, but they're as advertised. If you get lucky at the pick and pull yard, they'd go for $50 each. Somewhere in the middle is what most of them go for. See if the seller would let you disassemble them and check the clutches for wear or cracks before purchase, if they want top $$$. Herm has rebuilding parts for the Power locks if you need them.
