Yours truly learned that the hard way many years ago! I was driving very slowly in my Jeep and made a left turn doing about 15 MPH. The Jeep promptly threw the rear end out to the right. I countered with the wheel to neutralize the skid---until I ran out of steering wheel. And the Jeep just kept going! ....For about two rounds of 180's while all I could do was hang on for dear life! There was a gentleman on his front porch who really got a kick out of this, slapping his knees and guffawing heartily! Needless to say I was quite embarrassed!skyjeep50 wrote:You can do a surprise 180 on dew when driving with NDT's!
Ice is no respecter of Jeeps! It is quite a different matter! Very little of anything can deal with that stuff!
