The Army shops had professional tools available for the Jeep Mechanic The Electrical Adaptor Kit, Low Voltage Circuit Tester, Vacuum Pressure Test Kit, 6/12/24 Volt Timing Light, Crows Foot Wrench for Spark Plug Wires, and the TM all contributed to the well being of the Jeep or any other MV.
No Jeep owner should be without them. They are like old friends to me.

But they were "professionally" clumsy wrenches. As Ron White would say"Now that's a valuble piece of information.

I was changing an M-38 Parking brake drum and having a bad time of it while standing in the grease pit and cussing up a blue streak, I made the remark that "they could take this jeep and stick it up Captain Nowicki's a--" and turned around to see him bent over and smiling at me. He was a good CO with an obvious sense of humor-it was his Jeep.
