Info Required-Turn signal stalk bulb?

Post by lesk » Tue Oct 10, 2017 3:17 pm

Regards....the military DC Electronics turn signal lever green bulb is burnt out....the clear 28V bulb was too corroded to read the bulb number....can anybody tell me what number of bulb it is and where can I buy one? Also, before the turn signal lever bulb burnt out, all the turn signals worked properly.....after the green turn signal lever bulb burnt out, all the other turn signals stopped working....is this normal?

Thanks,

lk

Hello Kendall............

that bulb will work....but it isn't bright enough. It is in fact a panel light bulb (part number 8743027).
The correct one for the turn signal switch is the 1873 (part number MS25231-1873).

See TM9-2320-218-34P Nov 1988 Figure 46 and Figure 50.
