The B-29's tail code square O are 29th BG Guam 1945.

They sure do. I would hate to have those breathing down my neck. I checked out the pictures of the one you took photos of in Florida. Really neat. In the picture above, I initially thought those guns had some type of muzzle brake on them. There are two white dashes near the muzzle on each of the three guns. I wonder what those are?

i have several other pictures to post but they contain dead soldiers. would it be inappropriate to post them? they are not close up and the soldiers are unidentifiable. just thought i would ask first. the reason i want to post them is for the tanks in the picture.

As Steve pointed out, it has been done before, and as long as it is not done in a way that would be disrespectful of the dead soldiers it should not be a problem.
I have posted similar photos in the past and while I'm not 100% comfortable with it, it is a part of history.
