Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress, Douglas C-47 Dakota Skytrain, and Consolidated B-24 Liberator.

Note the transitional star insignia after the removal of the red dot and before the addition of the horizontal bar.
C47's only had two engines, not four, right?

One of only 14 Consolidated Commodore aircraft built. One was bought by the US Navy and designated the XPY-1. It was in service less than 4 years.

B-17F 42-30631 was used at Eglin to for armament testing and was the prototype for the B-17G.

Interesting photo of the C-124 and H-19.
It may be of significance. There was a mission in early Korean War to recover a downed Mig-15. A C-124 flew in an H-19 to retrieve the Mig which was disassembled in a hurry using tools and grenades.
