What this??? 
German soldier in unidentified tank. This picture was taken sometime during the German Western European campaign. Unsure if it is 1940 or 1939.

That's a Vicker B Utility tractor, probably built in Belgium under license.

The next photo is interesting.
It is a 1939-40 2-wheel drive Dodge 1 1/2-ton(?) truck in use by the Wehrmacht, with the VC/VF style grille guard.
